Classic Hall Rental Agreement Contract
▪ Full payment is due 15 days prior to the event. The final count of your expected guests is due at that time.
▪ All caterers are to be licensed and must have liability insurance.
▪ All caterers must be approved by Classic Hall staff and Officers.
(Officers of Classic Hall reserve the right to reject any caterer from providing their service at Classic Hall)
▪ Security police officer required for groups of one hundred or more whenever alcohol is served.
▪ Any and all decorations must be preapproved by Classic Hall staff.
* Candles must have flames fully contained within candle holders.
* Do not use tape or tacks to attach items to the walls.
* Confetti, birdseed, rice, petals, and other like items are strictly prohibited.
* All decorations must be removed immediately following the event.
▪ The renter assumes full responsibility for its group’s conduct and for any loss, breakage, or damage to the rooms, equipment or other Classic Hall property
* All persons attending any event on Classic Hall property shall abide by the policies of the Classic Hall.
*At their discretion, Classic Hall staff, his/her authorized representative or a peace officer may order the removal of any offender. Revoke the permit immediately and order a person from the premises.
▪ No subletting, transferring or assigning the contract or the facility.
▪ Renters who plan to charge an admission will be charged a fee of 20% of gross ticket sales.
▪ The Classic Hall Event Center is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness by the users of the facilities.
* Neither Classic Hall Event Center nor its employees can be held responsible for any items that are left at the facility by the renter or contracted service provider.
* The renter using the facilities, equipment, and other items owned by Classic Hall further assumes all liability for any personal injuries, including death, caused by participants at the scheduled event.
▪ Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas of the building. Covered exterior smoking area is available for smokers use at all events.
▪ Classic Hall maintains the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen conditions such as unsafe
Environmental health issues, state of emergency, etc. All deposits would be returned to the renter at that time.
▪ All events must end at 12:00 A.M. unless prearranged time is accounted for. Events that violate these rules are subject to a $250.00 per hour additional charge.
▪ Final service of alcoholic beverages (last call) shall be thirty (30) minutes before consumption must cease.
▪ Consumption of alcoholic beverages must cease at the conclusion of the event or at 12:00 AM, whichever occurs first.
▪ Under no circumstances will guests be allowed to bring any beverages including liquor, beer and pop into the Classic Hall Event Center.
