Classic HallEach wedding, celebration, or event is very unique, and Classic Hall wants to make sure your needs are met for whatever the occasion may be. Below you will learn what all is included with your hall rental fee, and what options are available to you. Schedule a visit today with Classic Hall's event coordinator. We'd love to show you our amazing facility in person and work with you to give you a quote and make your event a success!


Hall Rental

You may rent out the Classic Hall facilities for your event. Items that are included with your hall rental include the following.

• Use of facility for up to 12 hours
• Event coordinator
• Reception lounge area
• Coat room, rest rooms
• Dining/dancing/event area
• Table and chair set-up and take-down
• NEW! XM Radio

Items that are not included with hall rental fee, but are available for a fee, include the following.

• Security guard (Annandale police officer)
• Bartenders (Classic Hall staff only)
• Audio/Visual equipment
• Decorating items such as linens, napkins, table covers, vases, decorative bowls, risers for head table
• Serving items such as dishes, flatware, glasses, water pitchers, coffee carafes, salt and pepper shakers, bread baskets

We can recommend caterers and decoraters as well!


Table Settings

Classic Hall is delighted to offer the following options for table settings for your event! Pricing will be quoted at the time of your scheduled tour of the facilities.

Custom Table Settings

• Includes water glass, china, silverware, water pitchers, salt and pepper shakers, linen table cloths for both guest and banquet tables, linen napkins of your color choice.
• Drop off your decorations the day before and we will take care of the decorating and arranging of your tables

Traditional Table Settings

• Includes water glass, china, silverware, water pitchers, salt and pepper shakers, linen table and linen napkins of your color choice.
• Classic Hall will Set up the tables and chairs for your event. It is your responsibility to arrange the place settings and decorations on each table.

"Do It Yourself" Table Settings Responsibilities

• Rent or bring in your own: water glass, china, silverware, water pitchers, salt and pepper shakers, table cloths and napkins. (You may rent these items from Classic Hall as well.)
• Classic Hall will set up the tables and chairs for your event. It is your responsibility to arrange the place settings and decorations on each table.


Meals

Classic Hall encourages you to choose one of the meal packages below.

The Celebration

Choice of one of the following:
• Chicken breast w/ rosemary sauce
• Chicken breast w/ peppercorn sauce
• Chicken breast w/ crusted parmesan
• Chicken breast teriyaki
• Chicken Kiev
• Meatballs in Alfredo sauce
• Salisbury steak in mushroom gravy

Choice of one of the following:
• Mashed potatoes & gravy
• Baby baked potatoes
• Buttered parsley new potatoes
• Seasoned over roasted potatoes
• Scalloped or au gratin potatoes
• Wild rice blend

Choice of one of the following:
• Fresh green beans
• Fresh green beans almandine
• Buttered corn
• Glazed baby carrots
• Lettuce house salad w/ dressings
• Caeser salad

This package includes fresh rolls and butter, relish tray, coffee, and ice water.

The Italian

Lasagna, Caesar salad, garlic bread, coffee, milk, and ice water.

The Classic

Choice of Meat:
• Ham
• Roast Beef
• BBQ Pork Ribs

Choice of Potato:
• Mashed w/ gravy
• Baked
• Scalloped
• Au gratin

Choice of Salad:
• Coleslaw
• Caesar
• Garden

Choice of Vegetable:
• Green beans
• Corn
• Glazed carrots

Other items may be available by request.

The Roaster

Roast pork and pot roast, roasted carrots, smashed potatoes, coleslaw with apples, home baked bread.

Home-Style

Choice of 2 Meats: Pot roast, meatloaf, or ham
Also Includes: Mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable medley, dinner roll with butter, coffee, milk, and ice water.

Bar Service/Liquor Selections

Bar Service Options

Open Bar: You are responsible for all of your guests' drinks.
Cash Bar: Your guests are responsible for purchasing their own beverages.
Host Bar: You may select a set time, set dollar amount, purchase drink tickets, purchase kegs of beer, or purchase bottles of wine or champagne for your guests' drinks.

We can work out any combination of the options above.

Required Bar Services

Bartenders: Must hire 2 bartenders
Security Guard: Mandatory for groups of 100 or more
